Move in close

Wrap arms around shoulders

Place hands on back

Spread hands flat

Close eyes

Inhale

Hold close

Stay there

Hold breath

Move one hand slightly down the centre of the back

Move other hand up to the back of the neck

Relax muscles

Pull in a little closer

Exhale

Hold a little longer

Move away slowly

Open eyes

Slide hands from the back to the waist

Inhale

Step away

Exhale
